Indian Medical Association celebrates Doctor’s day
Indian Medical Association (Porur branch) celebrated
National Doctors Day on July 1.
Dr. M.K. Sudhakar (President of IMA Porur) conveyed
his National Doctors Day wishes to all members and
unveiled the portrait of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.C. Roy.
Ramki, Artist from Porur was honoured for his colourful
work.
Dr.A. Shanmugam (MD Associate Professor of
Diabetology), Stanley Medical College delivered a
scholarly lecture on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus - case
based approach”.
Dr.S. Abdul Rahman & Dr. Dhanarathnamoorthy
enthralled the audience with a key board and guitar
performance.
The vote of thanks was given by Dr. S.R.Ramakrishnan
(Vice President of IMA Porur).
